Coal Tar Sealer is an asphalt sealer that is water based and last 3-4 years. This sealer not only protects your driveway from water and erosion, it also rejuvinates the asphalt and leaves a Mat Black finish to really make your real estate POP!

We at K.I.S only use coal tar sealer because it lasts longer than traditional oil based sealer, and it‘s better for the environment. Coal tar also dries in a fraction of the time that oil-based sealer does.

Hot Rubber Crack Filler is a commercial grade crack filler that is used on parking lots and sometimes even roads. This product lasts 3-4 years.

Hot rubber sealer is much more durable than the liquid base that you get at your local hardware store. It lasts just as long as our driveway sealant, so when you get them done together it leaves your driveway looking bolder and newer for longer!

Line Striping is essential for businesses and apartment buildings for safety purposes. This should be done when the original paint fades to ensure your costumers and employees can always clearly see the markings.

We mostly use water-based paint for our line striping. Water-based paint is more cost-effective and environmentally friendly, but still provides a durable and bright finish!
